Bitcoiners BEWARE of Domains4Bitcoins!

This is the second time in a year that their parent company RESELL.BIZ has attempted to hijack some of my domains.

They can demand COMPANY INCORPORATION documents, ID, proof of address and more simply if they receive a complaint about your domain.  This means that ANYONE can effectively terminate your domain by sending a complaint to Resell.biz, which owns Domains4Bitcoins.

This is one of the most INSECURE domain registrars on the planet.  They don't verify complaints, and they will suspend your domain at the drop of a hat.

Here is the email they sent me demanding company incorporation documents (!!) and proof of ID and address:

-----------------------
Hi Michael,

Please see the email we received below from the Administrators.  You can contact them directly at support@resell.biz.  Their phone number is 1-877-826-6890.

Hello,

We have recently received a complaint against your domain(s) which are registered using our services. The full complaint is included at the bottom of this email. We operate a zero tolerance policy towards spam, malicious activity and / or the abuse of our services; and until this issue is resolved your domain(s) name has been locked.

Could you please urgently investigate this matter and respond immediately with the steps taken to resolve this issue. The sites have already been suspended due to the nature of the issue.

The domain bitforum.org was reported to you for highly abusive activities such as Bitcoin scam / launder / fraud etc
Domain names involved in abusive activities.
Hence, we had suspended the remaining domain names and confirmed it to you on the same day.
If the client wishes to redress the action taken against the domain names, kindly obtain and submit the following details / documents for verification purposes:
1. Purpose of Registration of the domain name.
2. Company Registration Details or Proof of Incorporation.
3. Photo Identification proof of Registrant on record.
4. Address proof such as Utility bills (Telephone/ Electricity) etc.,

Best Regards,

I should also note that most of those domains they suspended are not even active.  The only one running an active website was bitforum.org, which is a bitcoin magazine site that I barely update and haven't had time to do anything with.  Can't imagine what kind of 'fraud' or 'spam' or 'abuse' could be done on that site!  They just randomly suspended a bunch of inactive domains that I wasn't even planning on renewing.  I'll get them back just to prove a point, as I have a great lawyer on the team.  Nevertheless, Bitcoiners really need to beware that Domains4Bitcoins is a HIGHLY INSECURE REGISTRAR which will suspend your domain based on any kind of complaint.  In other words, any enemy/extortionist/scammer can easily get your domain nuked, and if you don't have a lawyer, you may lose your domain forever.

Beware!

Yeah, yeah... I tried to get a 20 btc payout so I could get Moriarty to admit his theft, which he did anyway after I turned down his bribe of 3 btc a month to only write good articles about his sites.

Take my word for it or go to http://antilyze.com and see all the proof you need.

Moriarty explain to me these things...

1. How do you sleep at night with the level of douchebagedness you operate your life with?
2. How does it feel to have not slept with a woman in many, many, many years?
3. Your lawyer sucked last time, do you have a new one in mind?
4. Explain please, it is bad that I asked for 20 btc to stay quiet? (from the same ip, signed JC in the email)
5. Explain please, you stole $80,000 and really think Ricky or I are going away until every cent is repaid or you sit in jail?

Think again school boy!

You wish you were a Doctor.
You wish your name was Moriarty or you were a criminal mastermind in any way. You are messy and are going to be caught soon.  Sad, you could just return the stolen money and this would all be done.  Oh, I guess you'll learn now won't you.

You sir, are pathetic!
