Demo: http://glados.cc/badipdetect.php

Detects vast majority of VPNs (including obscure ones), proxies, and of course Tor. Low false positive rate.

Email me if you're interested in licensing this API.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Be sure to give all the money you give him direct to the people he scammed. That way TF doesn't have to forward it on and we save tx fees, because of course thats what he was going to do with the money and totally wasnt going to keep it.
