Hmm, this topic confused me.

At first, when I read the title, I thought that this topic was something about who is paying more as a result of their political actions.

I then started reading the body and thought that it was about who is paying more for general employment.

You mention paid posters? Are you talking about signature deals? Propaganda? What does it have to do with Russia or the USA?

I think the user is asking who pays more to post on blogs or news sites in-order to sway public opinion, is it US or Russia?

Correct me if am wrong.

I think that user zeeshan98210 should post here again and in more details explain his question.
Otherwise, this will remain very confusing question and all other users will just speculate what is the question instead of answering it Smiley

That sounds like the most rational explanation, though I'm not sure that anybody could give a definitive answer on that.

Though when the OP asks about requirements I'm a little confused. It's almost as if he wants in, though one does not simply sign up here...

Some people use a new device, a new IP everytime they use the internet - from a location that is not their home. They simply cannot be tracked  Smiley

I mean Government paid trolls or posters. I know there are some government paid posters here. I want to apply who can guide me. Smiley

I know there are already many countries having this program. To defend their country from other internet trolls.

Interesting. I've seen at least one person recently who fits the bill for this. I'm not surprised to see that this is going on.

i don't really know if americans pay people to spread the propaganda online.. they have the news networks for that.

one unique about america and how it digests information: it operates under a "democratic" guise where people think they have all the freedom in the world, when in reality they don't have shit. russia is more brute with controlling its mass, seems like america does it in a more roundabout way.

The real war is on the comments section. Most people already know that those news network is controlled by the government. They tend to believe more in the popular comments.

I highly doubt that anyone is paying anyone to post about the Ukraine situation on a forum for users of Bitcoin.

Probably the least effective way to get the public on their side.
