Looking to buy 5+ BTC at bitstamp -10%.

Payment methods:
- Cash in person (I don't mind traveling).
- Cash in mail.
- Bank wire.

Most other methods would be way to much in fees and a headache, but I'm down for whatever.

I don't mind escrow if it makes you more comfortable.

I've done several deals in for 10k+ worth already.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
