First and foremost we do not have huge cpu mining farms, but we will be mining Doomcoin along with everyone else.
Currently there is no GPU miner and Doomcoin will be CPU only using the wallet until
someone from the community is able to create a standalone cpu/gpu one for public use.

Those of you who cannot connect to the wallet and you live in Japan or China,
please connect to the wallet through a VPN,. ToR anonymous has been blocked in your country.


Doomcoin was created to be used as a currency and our goal is to be adopted into the gaming industry;
using our contacts we have already started talks with several development teams in the Indie gaming circle. Much of
the resistance we are facing is due to not having launched so Doomcoin needs to establish it's monetary value to make
it's integration easier.

Our ultimate goal is to put Doomcoin in a place where you and your friends can go to a bar, club, or lounge and pay for a

We are currently working on a website but the gaming sponsorship integration is taking longer than we anticipated.
It will be up soon to help generate revenue for the Doom Fund. We are using site advertising to share revenue,
this will be part of the stability fund for Doomcoin.

We are writing a proposal that they accept Doomcoin as payment for drinks and food. News of the outcome of this
will be public as soon as we have concrete affirmation.

is proving difficult].

Our team is currently working with a professor of economics to fortify and strengthen the
financial impact that Doom Fund will have for this currency. Our goal is to eventually fully automate
the fund to stop massive price spikes and halt price sell down tactics used by large traders.

The Doomcoin Premine will not be dumped like so many developers have done in the past.
This Premines sole purpose is to keep Doom from manipulation that rapidly causes huge price spikes,
or giant sell offs. Our development team will pay for bounties and costs from this fund after it becomes sustainable
This system will take a week or 2 after exchange listing in order to have the power to have a substantial effect,
it will be put into play when Doomcoin hits an exchange.  Using Copula Functions our formula can predict some coin
market changes, though digital currency markets are quite impossible to fully calculate vectors.

Once the Doom Fund has proven price stabilization we will use some of the funds to pay
marketing for their hard work on aggressive gaming vendor adoption. We can post the BTC and DOOM addresses
for transparency but they will change constantly once the market goes live and our trading bot's do their job.

Before anyone feels the need to say it, I know we cannot completely control the coin's fluctuations once it
hits exchanges. We do need to try and soften the spikes though or no game company/vendors will take it seriously as a possible
embedded and accepted currency.

256 jump to 512 is many folds more encryption. Not impossible, but more work.

I like it it's fitting for the name plus the name brings back good memories of early fps and crushing demons with the BFG-9000

A few people have asked about pools and whether we have a gpu miner in the works. I have tried to alter the luffa kernel to accept shares and despite my attempts was unsuccessful. Until someone creates a gpu/cpu miner for Doomcoin then this will be mined with the wallets only, this should (I hope) allow for fair distribution and reward early miners. You will see the moment we launch how laughable the hashrate from my team is, so even if we wanted to instamine we just cannot with our 5 total cpu's. My point is, if you want to get in on a nice fair launch with an anonymous CPU coin then this may be a good fit for you.

I won't guarantee an exact time but look for launch to fall no sooner than 10 hours from now so everyone has time to sleep etc. Like stated in the first post I will give at least a 1 to 2 hour warning and put down an exact time then.
