Hello, I have a 1.6TH/S miner that started to have some problems after a thunderstorm hit.  My switch that the cointerra miner was connected to was destroyed, and it seems like one of my router ports went out afterwards as well.  The teraminer still turns on, but I can't connect to the configuration page and it isn't mining at all.  It also doesn't show up on my router, what can I try?

It sounds like the network interface card is fried on the Beaglebone (at least).
If you're still under warranty, I'd suggest RMA. If you're not, I'd suggest opening the box and connecting a PC to the printer-style USB ports coming out of each of the 2 large circuit boards. Then run cgminer on the PC. More information can be found on this thread:
