Yes, check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=454808.0   especially page 28.  He usually gets the best deals with Bitmain first. Roll Eyes
But always do your own research.

He is legit.  My roommate purchased a few S1's from him and they arrived and are still hashing away :-)
