Is this a new casino? Never heard about them before, just checked it a little bit but I find something "funny" about their withdrawal terms. "You need to place at least 1000 bets before requesting a withdrawal."

Withdrawal / Refund Policy
You need to place at least 500 bets before requesting a withdrawal.

Looks like they have decreased amount of required bets, but still this rule is not friendly for players at all, specially comparing to T&C from other SoftSwiss brands.

It is not only not friendly but for me it does not make senses at all, players are forced to play 500 bets which may make they lose their winnings (if they win at the beginning). They should remove it from their T&C, most players might not read this and may get their funds trapped on their site.

It is not only not friendly but for me it does not make senses at all, players are forced to play 500 bets which may make they lose their winnings (if they win at the beginning). They should remove it from their T&C, most players might not read this and may get their funds trapped on their site.

I`ve talked to their manager once again and got this information:
"We use it only when we believe someone is a double spend user. It doesn't apply for all accounts"

still not sure exactly how they will check every player and choose who is "double spend user", but still it's really weird and not friendly term so far.

Yeah the issue with the 1000 bets is resolved if you asked me. I mean first of all betting 1000 is not that much if you are a gambler, anyone who wants to gamble less than 1000 times before withdrawing has either won huge and wants to get out before spending it all or like they said, crooks.

Unless you are a crook or a huge winner, you will end up betting 1000 times anyway. However if you don’t want to, they won’t make a problem I believe.
