Dear OP, Butterfly Labs is the absolute last company you should try to buy mining hardware from.   That aside, most people buying hardware for themselves are struggling to find a situation where they will earn back the hardware's cost of BTC.  I can't think of a single user, or reason a user might think that lending you coin to buy mining hardware is a good plan.

It's not good to buy mining hardware for your home. The electricity bills will grow a hell lot. If the hardware is not cooled enough it might break easily in a few days and everything you have done is worth sh!t.
You dont get profit until you have made a contract with the local electricity company, so you pay less money for the electricity you use(my experience)
Dont buy Hardware from third party websites, only from the offcial one, that guarantees the quality of the hardware.

Ask a bank or loaning company, like already said, why wouldnt the investor buy it himself and get 100% of the earnings?

Now one more thing. An investor only gets a percentage of the profit. So if you don't profit, then we won't ever get the loan back, right? Even if you do profit, what is to ensure that you'll actually pay the percentage that you claim, or pay back the full loan?
