I suggest that bitcointalk admin should check the dev when he lanuch a new coin and after that open the topic. On the other hand miner and buyer check and recject new coins on trade platform suddenly.

Maybe bit license will help. That's why lawsky come out with the rule that it's illegal to create crypto because he saw what is happening on alt coin.

I suggest people should learn how to make money on those scam. Play the game. Make some money.
