Escrow Process

1. Both the parties (i.e. Buyer & Seller) need to shoot me a PM each and provide me the details of the deal.
2. A confirmation PM will be sent to both the parties just to reconfirm.
3. The seller needs to send the copy of receipt of goods to me as well as the buyer.
4. After receiving a double-check PM from the buyer that the goods were received, I will release the funds (99% funds actually) to the seller.
5. If the buyer doesn't reply me the confirmation within 36 hours, the goods will be assumed to be working fine and the money will be released.


NOTE: All the transaction fees will be paid by the buyer.


NOTE: New escrow address will be used everytime by default even if the same seller is performing the trade. A special request can be sent to my PM to use the same address again.

All terms are negotiable ...if there is a dowtime it will be compensated at the end of the month ....i will keep track of downtime on my side ..and if there is a dowtime in side of pool u have to provide a secondary pool and tertiary pool to prevent loss of shares ...

my PSU dsnt have thin wires i am using 1000 Watt PSU(antec platinum ) pretty thick wires i tell you ... ...there can be a downtime of 5-10 mins per day that should be expected but the hash rate will remain stable .

Interesting but what if there is downtime, more than 5-10 minutes?  How will you calculate making it up at the end of the month?

Also, the prior posters are right...someone is going to lose money here, it's either you or the renter.  What is your motivation to rent out?  Just doesn't make sense...

depends on the pool and where u mine pool luck and other factors are there ...even  you could solo mine either escrow 22 mbtc or pay me first its upto you ... you can make 0.25 - 0.3 depending on pool luck
