Theres no direct way for exchanging bitcoins, you know. Try an exchange like ANXPRO.

I would suggest finding someone on the currency exchange subforum to send money to you via Western Union, or another irreversible payment method. You would probably have to give the buyer some kind of discount but your goal of getting fiat would be achieved.
