Sure, but make sure you're not pointing too much, otherwise stratum will ban you for one minute

Well... I dont know about that... But when Im comparing the found blocks on both pools... theres not 1 missing

no private pool, check the blocks, just some guys pumping too much hash into the pools, but only the "legit" hash is counted.. the rest goes to the network and is split between miners

i m pointing 20.2-20.4 mh/s aprox. should i lower my clockspeeds or is that fine?

What does that mean for the difficulty calculation? Will it include the extra hash as well?

Yes - but it is no problem, as the distributed amount of coins will still stay the same between the miners (on the pool where the largest/larger hash is) because of the hashrate limitation.

At the end, they should notice they get banned for > 1 minute if the pump too much hash and those "overhashers" will get less coins because of that.

You will get the message "Your worker is temporarily banned" in your cgminer/sgminer
 20.4 is ok.. Limit is somewhere around 21.2 mh/s (1024 x 2)

For people who going to talk about network hashrate:

It is a problem of open source called MPOS:
https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos/issues/1465

It just showing incorrect hashrate.

People can check block list to see if hidden pool available out there.

If you dont see a block from 2 pool, please use block explorer to check if it is pos block or not. PoS block cannot mine and will not show on any pool.

Even if this is just a bug, who's to say you are not taking advantage of it to create your own pool and mine the shit out of this coin? Your hashrate would be masked by this very convenient bug. You want this to work out? Do what a dev is supposed to do and fix it.

Not only MPOS bug but also that is how limitation working.

People try to put a lot hashrate into pool, but only limit hashrate counted, the rest get banned but Network hashrate count them all.
