Is there really a bitvisitor bot as shown in this video that runs the site to get you bits without having to 'view' the pages like normal?

The bot in the videos pops up the captcha for you to fill out. Everything else is automated; so the web site isn't getting the pair of eyes or any subsequent interaction which would be the whole purpose for a site to pay BitVisitor to have people VISIT their sites!
