Has been no response from seller on PM or thread since paypal payment was sent a week ago.
Paypal claim has been opened and emailed my paypal customer rep asking if he can speed it up.

That is never a good sign, but that is why escrow or paypal is so worth it |

It has to run out its 10day period for seller to respond before paypal will process the refund.
was charged from CC threw paypal so if paypal spend too long visa will refund it for sure.

Since this is based on a paypal transaction, you should get your funds within 24hrs if the paypal balance was attached to a backup source aka your credit card.
Call your card and explain your not willing to wait out on paypal, and they will credit you.
Regardless you win either way.
Also buying from newbies is a waste of time lol.
