Or do you make it including extra time because so many people play your prediction game & allowing extra time to count means there's more chance for extra goals to separate potential winners?

Yes that's the reason. Including extra time, more goals are expected on average and as a result there are more reasonable results to chose from.
Note that when you bet on our website, our rule is similar to other Sportbooks - all Soccer bets apply to Full Time according to the match officials, plus any stoppage time. Unless otherwise specified, Extra-time/penalty shoot-outs are not included.
But for the purpose of this prediction game we use the result including extra time.
