Thank you for your feedback.
We have thought about it, but decided that for now we prefer to keep this promotion open to everyone, as we want to give a chance to participate also to users that are new to Bitcoins or to Bitcointalk.
We have our Basketball prediction game where you can pick a score that was already picked by someone else. Also, we will soon introduce another contest where you will not be limited to unpicked scores.
