Help please! I am a total doofus!

Hi guys!

EDIT: I am retarded... sorry. I found out what I did wrong. I simply didnt press the right button hahaha.
But now I have a new problem... multipool.us shows im running at a nice speed but when i go in my antminer it says I have 359 accepted to 4700 discarded! Looking into the forums I couldn´t realy find out whats wrong or maybe im just too dumb...
Any ideas what the reason could be?

Ignore the discarded, they are meaningless and they just confuse people.

Cheers, had me pretty worried that whole thing...

Especially because I found so much different opinions on it.. some said its good, some say its bad and inefficient and some say it doesnt matter... but since most of those discussions where outdated I had to ask again and make sure...
