Multipool mining profitability in fiat over a long period of time

I would like to see a graph of multipool mining profitability say per 100GH/day over a long period of time for sha256 miners. couldn't find such info anywhere. It seems to me the current value is about $1/100GH/day. was it the same like 3 months or 6 months ago? do you expect it to drop in the coming months?

it's interesting to me because if it stays stable then I can expect a ROI in 3-4 months with the Antminer S3 and I would go ahead and purchase one
