Hi,

Could somebody please help me with this problem?

I change bitcoins for people in Poland. I use the Dutch market anycoindirect or anycoin for the coins to change an sent to iban.
Last fiiday I did 8 transactions. And they used to transfer the Euro's the same day (or 2 days max).

Now it's 4 working-days. And they don't respond to my e-mails.

Is this company a potential scam? Has anyone had this problem?

Tnx Peter

you done the transactions on friday.. so
ignore saturday, ignore sunday

monday=1
tuesday=2
 you have only just passed 2 WORKING DAYS

all i can say is that some bitcoin businesses are not as robust as billionaire corporations, so sometimes you just have to be patient. i know the banking systems aim to get money transfered same day, but sometimes it can be 3-5 business days. especially if the banks are in different countries and different bank brands.

here in the UK we have 'faster payment' that quotes instant or upto 3 hours. yet i have waited from a friday until the following week myself.

so be persistent with trying to communicate with them, but be relaxed, it does happen now and again with many companies

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

Ah... Got you, you are trading bitcoin and you are doing this for people living in poland. At first I thought you were exchanging bitcoin for actual people. Geez, good, we got that figured out!
