最近在研究如何create 新的数字货币，需要按照比特币的方法来运行，（可以按照采矿获得或者直接分发），需要有数字钱包来存和不同钱包之间转移支付。
最好有中文和英文的系统。
有没有一些好的开源程序请帮忙给推荐？
如果有人能做，需要已经做过的，给个报价。 预算有限，请手下留情 ::)

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
