Nobody accused him of anything, but rather voiced their suspicions.

Selling or buying accounts is always going to be a risky business and you do so at your own peril. The simplest solution is not to buy an account, but if you do then you've taken the risk of doing so. The best you can do is buy from someone who has done a few successful trades before, but that doesn't guarantee anything.

Whether he was formally accused or not isn't really relevant to the point I was trying to make. Rather that it would have been better to get the account details before "voicing your suspicions", so we could establish whether this was an attempted scam or not.

well i got the account back.. i just re typed password again and again and found the real one.. thnkx for the hep by the way.

It may have been better if mods had asked OP for details of alleged lost account, rather than accusing him straight out of being a scammer. This way, we may have been able to establish the truth.

Now I fear we'll never know.

Well we will or we will not. But this is truly showing how bad is to sell account.

Even if you have multiple accounts after you sell one you are losing reliability.
Which I think is very important for a member if he really want to be a part of the community.

This is a lesson for those who are selling\buying accounts.  Better don't do that so no future mistakes and problems will occur.

Regards.

This is true, but what are we to do. This has been argued to death already. I guess you could give Lycan a neg rep since it's likely he'll sell this account too at some point.
