I don't think he'll ever be in jail - in another post I saw he had a very big apartment in Japan.  strangely enough when it's in the interest of copyright holders some guys will be arrested, but if someone scams for millions of dollars there is no problem  Huh

lol.  Unfortunately I suspect your probably not far from the truth.  Really doubt he will spend anytime in prison whatsoever despite the fact that he more than likely stole the majority of these 'lost' coins one way or another.  Had a sneaking suspicion about that guy ever since I saw that first video of his operations in which he says "Bitcoin definitely qualifies as zee risky investment"
