Spend all your money on your girlfriend and yourself go on holiday. Goto the most beautiful places. Take a look at the world and stay away from the Internet. Oh and give me your Bitcoins that you would have lost  Wink

I like sports, I play sports 2 times a week  and stuff but any ideas of stuff to do other than betting 24/7  would be cool I'm trying to break this habit......
I even have a lady friend, maybe some ideas for us both lol.. Obvioulsy we go to dinner and stuff but I need more to do other than gambling.. Lets talk lol fishing, kinda bores me, movies bore me, bike rides are ok lol, any more ideas?

Gambling as we know the lose probability always large than winning, so it must be play responsibly.
Need something new w/ you're lady ?
If you have enough cash, why don't you travelling to somewhere exotic place ? IYKWIM  Tongue
Or do something new like learn dancing that will control you're emotion and passion  Cheesy
or learn to cook something with your lady that will be usefull for your future  Wink

Escape to nature together with your girlfriend. Be far from your computer as much time as you can. Find joy in real things. You can also play cards in nature just for fun.

2. I don't wanna quit completely I just need to scale back alot.

That might not be an option for you.

When you quit smoking, did you ever try just cutting down? I've seen lots of people try that, and none succeed at it.

With addiction it seems to be that you stop, or you don't. There's no "scaling back".

Completely agree with dooglus on this.

This is where your "problem" stands: you are not still convinced you have to quit and I'm afraid you won't change your situation until you will be 100% aware and conscius you have to change your betting "habits" (addiction I'd say).

I used, and still use, sports as the first try whenever something goes wrong in my life and it always worked perfectly to me.

yes i also like sports but I rarely gamble
gambling addiction is not good, especially if you already have a wife  Grin, as we know gambling more harm than good
try if you think the loss before gambling, maybe able to help. but as long as we can control ourselves it does not matter
for women try to get on vacation to a place that exotis, beaches may

Set a specific amount your willing to lose per month and don't gamble over that amount. Alternatively you could learn affiliate marketing. What I mean by that is start promoting all these gambling sites you find enjoyable via a blog/forum/social media. Then gamble the earnings from said marketing efforts. This makes any risk and/or loss essentially 0 since the expenditure is 0 from your real world salary. Other than that maybe check into gamblers anonymous if it's really such an issue.

earlier I suggested trying marijuana... but I see that's already the case xP

but man... we are in the middle of a gold rush here! shouldn't crypto be priority numero uno?

investigate which altcoins might be worth investing into, and throw your gambling fund into that.

I,don't think it's that bad I need to check in anywhere.. But everyone with a problem says that I guess...  The problem is I do need bitcoins every so often once a month, and I do,like to try and double my coins when I get them.. I'm signed up for cloudbet affiliate's program so I will be getting back .05 a month I do need to set away a certain amount a month if I do wanna continue, because that's my problem I lose I just run to coinbase and buy more like its no big deal... And can't even remember what I spent  until 2 days later I see on my account

71.50 coinbase
223.50 coinbase
172.20 coinbase

That was all this weekend and i thought I spent about 200

You clearly aren't happy with your current state of life, so my best advice is to quit being a puss. You realize gambling all the time is not fruitful, yet you continue to do it. You really just need to mature a bit and decide what you want in life. Nothing is going to be given to you in this world (well, maybe if the Democrats continue winning elections), you need to go out and earn it. Unless you're happy living in a 1 bedroom apartment for life, I would get educated, find a trade/career, and do something with your life. No one here can make you do it, you have to man up and quit being such a derelict. This kind of addiction is mental, be stronger than it.

Apologies, the tough love approach works well for some people. While the wording was harsh, the underlying message was meant to be positive (also I admit I only read the OP). Only you can make that change.

Everything you said is true, but I'm not sure how helpful it is.

"Take responsibility for your own situation" is indeed the answer, but that's easier said than done.

Yeah, I am terribly blunt at times. I apologized to the OP via PM as well, but what you said is exactly the point I was trying to get across.
