This bloody piece of machine is driving me crazy. It's been days it is happening like that and the 2nd day i asked for a solution what i see is only people skipping through my post.

I just wanna know what caused this issus

And how can i solve this thing ? My miner have been with me for 1 week, but when ever i try to connect 7 of them to run together, surely 1-3 of them will give me this crazy crap!!

It is a Rockminer's workaround for lost tasks by resending them:

Code:
// A task completed, but no request followed
// This means it missed our last task send, so we need to resend it

You can read full code from here: https://gitorious.org/bitcoin/bfgminer/commit/09c3f36c71e8977fa7817ee3d6aa1e6037bc149f

So if you do not get "Failed to resend work" messages I think your mining in is still working ok.
