$1.58 per GH/s =

You gotta be around $1 per GH/s or less to compete in this market right now.

Also, your name rhymes with Bitmain, is that just a coincidence?   Roll Eyes

Lastly 2 asic chips total per miner?Huh  1 asic chip = 550 GH/s???  Ultrahoist modules??  Never heard of those asic chips before.

You'll need to forward a review unit to a trusted member here in Bitcointalk to prove you're Fo Realz Realz, or no one will believe your outfit.

To be honest it looks like S2 in a different package.

Pretty thing to put on your desk, but nobody's buying these to show off.
This would be a great competition to Bitmain for the same price, as it looks better and has better cooling, but you're at least 2 months late.

They had it been a month ago.
https://twitter.com/BitCrane/status/483448824493375488

And let's be honest. S2 is a better product. I look forward to this time, when the new S2 upgade modules will be on sale .
Miner is not a car that would require water-cooling. Water cooled miner needs always a bigger  cooling radiators and better cooling fan.

I tried that already with KNC modules and Corsair  H100 water-cooling
Much better cooling can be combined   Artic Cooler i30 with  SilverStone FHP141 fan  http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=366

Their closebup board shots bear many similarities to Hasfast based boards - ie: Habaneros, Yoli etc...

Combine that with liquid cooling, elongated footprint, and their hashrate/power, I'm guessing this is a Golden nonce based miner.

Does "rigorously tested and tuned at BitCrane’s testing labs" sound like "second hand" to anybody else?

What's $1580 these days? About four S3 boxes which would be nearly double that speed and nearly half the power consumption per gh?

Looks like they didn't skimp on VRM's (do I see 24 per chip?) but 500w per chip is a crap load of 0.7-0.8v to deliver:

you are way behind in efficiency. 1w/GH @ 28nm ?
no thanks.

Somebody got in there quick... 1w/gh is very poor for 28nm; why is performance so poor on a brand new line of hardware?

How many chips per miner?

"hash rate of 550Gh/s per chip" this answer does not require complex mathematics. But tapeout who where when, temps (with water cooling) and vid would be good.

Looks like a motherboard and CPU to me.

Those pictures are of a HF "Yoli" board.

So they are... well I guess the hf hardware had to end up somewhere didn't it?

I would still buy it if they were proved to actually exist and the price was right!

BitCrane-Tech I will accept a unit to review and test for the forum. Following on dogie's format, but adding my own personal touch and detail. And to add, I will give you the option of me sending the unit back once I have mined enough for postage. Send me a PM and we will talk.

May be it will take less time to send it from China to me, in Novosibirsk.  Roll Eyes I can even pay for this miner with some discount after review...  Wink

BitCrane-Tech, is there at least provided a way to overclock your suggested miner? and why does your website working so confusedly? I can see a User Manual once, and can't see it after refreshing a page...

I must be missing something??  A newbie account with 2 posts, comes to hock gear which consists of zero details, just photoshops and a pseudo-attractive pricepoint - from a company no one's heard of, schilling from a pseudonymous domain hosted @ GoDaddy?  Pu-lease!  scam-alert yo!

What ever happened to the Cryonik's miner?  This reminds me of the folks that brought that concept to "market" (ie, collect funds and deliver squat).

Why not post the Eligius address so we can see the live hashrate? Or directly the miner software screen.

Not at 500GH/chip. My unit will land on Monday, along with 3 other units so I'll do my best to turn this around ASAP.
