I have a business model that works but I need help funding it.
I read about Overstock wanting to set up a Crypto-Security so they can sell you a decentralized stock that can be traded with no limitation.

My plan is to create a coin dedicated to funding the business and use its presale as the crowdfunding to start the business.
What I need is someone who would want to partner up. I need someone who can create a POS coin, graphic design is a plus too. This could lead to a permanent position in the business.
The idea is to premine the entire coin supply and sell it to raise the money needed to open the business. Then the POS can be something like 10% per year. Once the business is making a profit a percentage of the profit will go toward buying back all outstanding shares on the market at current market valuation. Essentially a decentralized loan. We can add in some perks to get people excited too. Like T-shirts, tickets to events, or even memberships for investing a certain amount.
