I have bitcoin, and I need to pay someone via paypal. I don't know if there is a service I can use (if so please point it out), but if not I am looking for a reputable exchanger.

How much btc do you have?

I have a $380 MoneyPak in hand, you can use it to load onto PayPal.
I have receipt saying Paid with Cash and physical card itself.
