We all know that mining companies release the products once they got all the profit and the customers wont get their

We can get chips here - https://zeusminer.com/product-category/zeuschips/

and Schematics & PCB here - https://mega.co.nz/#!UwY0hbrK!xwLhgHgP0YgjfO8hxSxmLvjS4k_2lXLIlfHSK8AKnpw

So I assume if you are a electronics engineer its easy to make miners.

Or am i wrong ?

We have an Electronics Engineer with Coinsecure as well, the problem is that it is far easier to import from China, hence noone is taking big steps in this direction.

Our country does not have any commercial chip fabrication plants, there are alot in china, USA and Israel. So becomes cheaper to manufacture in China.

I work near China , so I can make a initial step visiting. but among thousands of cheap companies in China it is difficult to find which of them is the real deal. Those who found a good company , are not making millions selling miners .. but before approaching  chip fabrication plants in China we should develop the schematics and the design , ( but most of the established companies  starts pre order even before the design phase  Grin )

Esrow.ms - please ask your friend to take a look at the Schematics & PCB , is it difficult to assemble such miners

Alpha-T is UK based but Dexcel designs from bangalore are making miners for them and I agree , with so many Scrypt miners out there , all the delay by Alpha-t screams of scam.

They released working prototypes of miners long time back and after that only excuses. I feel good that I avoided that pre-order Tongue

I saw the video of their prototype on youtube and it was in very early stages but that was months ago and now everything seems shady.

Alpha-T is under scam radar. So until we see something substantial, it's better to wait. They keep sending mails once in a while though.

Probably, the easiest way is to buy chips from ASICMINER, Blackarrow, Bitmine or Bitfury(if available) and make pcbs and assemble the miners. However, if you are not going to do that at a massive scale and very quick, you are going to get into losses for sure because the chips themselves cost $/GH very close to the actual full ready made miner.  SO more than the money, time is the villain. How much time do you want to prepare everything, components, PCB, workflow to build a miner if you have chips in hand right now?? I think a lot of time.

Second: You do a FPGA based design and do a chip fab (which is difficult here like everyone mentioned). But this is a multi million dollar operation if I understand it correctly.

UPDATE: Also, as it looks, everything has to be imported in a massive scale. The customs delay (if not the duty) will kill you. Unlless you get IEC and do everything to make the movements of goods faster, you are in losses. These folks will never understand that your ROI matters within a week or so.

I don't think there is a big enough market to warrant this effort. There is also a very short life span with quick upgrade cycles. Unless the market gets stabilized don't bank on something like this to happen.

This is also a point that I want to validate. How many miners are getting sold here monthly? May be highkart, bitling etc can put some light. But I am sure many others will be ordering directly from bitmain or likes.

Well obviously the market is not that big compared to other countries. However, why limit yourself to the Indian population. If you actually end up making a miner, why not market it to the world and export it in large numbers. If its ROI is better than others, everyone will buy it.

Just to put some light, we have enough miners in India to support the initial purchases of any new miner built in India. Most of the miner are not very active on forum. We r doing enough business in miners just to say.

However the difficult part is to keep up with the pace of hardware development at the current stage. A hardware team should be trying and apply new innovation rather than copying the existing designs to be ahead of the curve and keep costs reasonable.

If somebody want to really take an effort we will be more than glad to help them with our sales channel. You can PM us for more discussions.
