Can you actually imagine - life without Jeopardy?  What kind of living is that?  Even most African nations have Jeopardy.  You've got to be a serious Po' boy to not know about Jeopardy.

Lol! Yeah, I wonder what that funny snicker he did after he got the answer was about? Maybe HE is Satoshi Nakamoto and he had them put that question in there!  Shocked

good question.. as the cheaper the show producers give it, means the more common and easier to answer it must be.

i think in 2012 that question would have been worth $1000 to answer. and its a good sign if today it was worth only $50 to answer. so i too wonder the prize for the question (not american so dont knitpick if $1000 or $50 are not viable prize amounts)

That was worth a 2000 dollar question
There was another bitcoin related question a few months ago but that was definitely worth the top tier of the currency questions

I was just wondering... when will bitcoin make its Hollywood debut?

A scene where a large ransom amount is held in a paper wallet and the heroine types the keys into a computer just in time before a bomb goes off in a crowded city somewhere.. perhaps.

Perhaps its an evil Bitshares program that "got loose" and randomly ransoms world governments for bitcoin.

What is Bitcoin?

"Yappidy Yap for $400, Alex."

"For advertising this, you can be banned from BitcoinTalk."

"What is a Mining Pool?"

"Yappidy Yap for $600, Alex."

"In Two Weeks™..."

"What is Butterfly Labs?"

"I didn't complete the answer."

"Obviously, your qualified to work there if you're having trouble completing stuff. Yappidy Yap for $800."

Ding! Ding! Ding!

"Today's daily double."

"This is the only Havelock security that's in the black."

<Crickets>

"That is correct. $1,600 split three ways minus my fee."
