I don't see the address book tab anywhere on the bitcoin-qt.

Can anyone tell me what happened to it? It sucks not being able to see my addresses.

You can see you addresses if you open "Receive" tab and then select "Reuse an existing address (not recommended)"  and click "Request payment".

Since you are saying "qt" I am not sure this applies. It was changed a while ago, but for v0.9.2.0 (aka bitcoin core) click on file -> receiving addresses to manage your addresses.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Sorry for not replying. It was asleep.

It looks like that, but without the "Address Book" tab or the export tab, do you know how to get it back?

I have the program called "Bitcoin Core" but in task manager under processes it says "bitcoin-qt".

I can see sending and recieving addresses by File > Receiving Addresses/Sending Addresses. Now is it possible for me to make that a tab?

Depending on your programming skills: yes.

There is nothing in the optionsmenu if thats what you are asking.

I can't program much so I can't do it.
Do you know what bitcoin-qt version has that tab?

Address list functionality was moved to File menu in version 0.9.0, so it exists in 0.8.6.

If you are going to downgrade please note that the ‘chainstate’ for version 0.9 is not always compatible with previous releases, so if you decide to switch back to a 0.8.x release you might get a blockchain validation error when starting the old release.
You can fix the problem by running the old release with the -reindex option.
