The busting of an international syndicate of debit card cloners on Tuesday has unearthed the use of bitcoins to avoid detection. The money siphoned from ATM machines was converted into the cryptocurrency and distributed among the people involved in the crime.

Pankaj Bhardwaj, operations manager of a bitcoin trading firm in Pitampura, was arrested on Tuesday, thought the crime branch is still on the trail of the suspected kingpin, Sumair Sheikh, who is believed to be based in Dubai. Since the accused had access to crucial information related to the ATM cards, the cops also suspect a bank official's role in the racket.

Pankaj Bhardwaj was part of an India based bitcoin exchange. They have evicted him as well...

Nothing you can do other than try work it out with escrow.ms and get him to remove it, though I'm not sure he will as he stated. Have you offered to give the domain back for free?

Thanks for your response & time spent for read & reply.

We didn't anything wrong. I offered it for $50 with Escrow, but he rejected to pay. As my friend told, if he offered $10 initially, surely we will give it to him because we don't know he's ex-owner.

we just registered it from available list after it dropped.

I think you handled the situation well but you'll need to try and talk to escrow.ms about the situation I can see why he did give you negative trust.

Thank you for your reply.

should i give it for $10 to remove my negative trust?

He is Senior member, so he can leave Negative Trust and get it?

Nothing True in his Negative Feedback:

>> we aren't rude.
>> did we asked ridiculous amount?
>> we didn't knew this is his domain until he informed that. It's not steal. Even we gave a chance to offer his price.

Me too shame on @Escrow.ms being an Sr.Member in reputed forum.

I have some question ..!

You registered that domain.
You PMe'd Pankaj about " If he's interested in buying it " .?
You claim you didn't knew it was registered by him...?

I missed something ? or correct me if I'm wrong.!

Also if you want to short things out you can once again try politely , he's a good guy. Maybe in bad mood when he left that trust feedback , and I can understand what made him mad :p

Yes, I didn't knew he is ex-owner until he informed. i contacted owners of BitcoinBazaar.co.uk , BTCbazaar.com, bitcoinbazaar.us, BitcoinBazaar.com(Pankaj) and few others. i got few replies and he informed that he's ex owner.

Recently sent PM to him & he's not ready to pay more than $10.

Still i can sell this domain for $50+ surely. I can't go with his offers because i'm not doing anything wrong.

May i appeal to any MOD's here to remove my Negative Feedback?

Even slanderous feedback will not be removed. Mods can't even if they wanted to. You need to work it out with the person that left it. Being overly negative towards that individual will not help.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Mods don't have power to do that.. only Escrow.ms can remove it.

I will leave this thread to open because my buyer's should know why i got negative feedback from looser for nothing.

I offered you 50$ yesterday, but I wouldn't like to give a penny to you now nor I will remove any feedback.
Anyone who have seen all chats knows who's looser or dumbass here.

As for that domain extension I don't need it now, I will prefer to buy some other extension then buying it from you.

You are an asshole for registering his domain when you see it expired and trying to sell it back to him for a lot more. That is a dick move. I totally get that he gave you a negative trust rating, because people that do something like that aren't trustworthy in my (and his) eyes.

i didn't knew he's ex-owner before he informed. i was contact related business websites owners including him and he informed that. please read the whole conversation.

Daily 2,000,000+ websites dropping from registry. This isn't mean stealing others. Registry provides 30 days to renewal every domain from it's expiry date.

If i stolen his domain, i won't open this thread at all.

You were trying to sell it to an Ex owner obviously by looking up the domains owners of similar domain extensions. He can have it transferred to his account by law without giving you a dime. For this domain it's not worth the hassle, but still. I think neg trust is acceptable in this case. Give him back his domain at registration cost +$5 tip and call it a day

I won't give it for $5 until next expiry date Tongue

he had many option to secure his domain by 30 days grace renewal, 15 days backorder, and it was 2 days available before i registered.

Why didn't he registered?

He paid for 1 year & he's Owner for only 365 days. after that he's not eligible to claim, "IT"S MINE"

did he Trademarked?
