some people are scared of buying gift cards like this. Because it may have been purchased with a stolen credit card. Which means, your Skype/itunes/amazon/etc. could get locked up suddenly!!

Not the case with BiPolarBob! he makes sure all vouchers are purchased by cash at a retail location! then he waits to mug persuade that person in the parking lot.

Moral of the story, NO risk of account locked!
