I have resolved the issue with PayPal, I recently used a lot of Bitcoins and withdrew money from PayPal so I am starting from the ground up! I also somehow lost the domain..but this one is fine.

Alright, I don't think I will be making any more changes. Possibly some security features if some one would like to request plus I took away minibitsmax, I want the site to be as simple as possible.
