I made unintended transaction from my Bter.com account, and I would like to contact Bter.com.
Do you know what is the fastest and easiest way to contact them?

The 'contact us' section on their website is in Chinese.

On their "contact us" page https://bter.com/page/contacts, the email addresses are indeed @mail.bter.com rather than @bter.com.

I can't read it since their contact page is written in chinese. I found their support email address from its official thread here at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=280806.0
