hell this coin is hard to mine even with 5 TH of SHA and 200 MH of scrypt! only hit two blocks so far (and one of those was like the very last 0.02 block!!)

yeah, really hard Embarrassed

sha 256 diff 17 M +

don't know how much worth this coin

Unless this coin maintains a value of .005.. it wont be worth mining at this diff.it should at least open bidding at that price

0.005 is too less. Considering the total number of coins and the current coin difficulty, the value should be a lot higher.

Dev, what a horrible dif strategy you have here.  This is going to make all miners run away.  I'm out, just wait til exchange and buy WAY CHEAPER than mining.

to be confirmed, need 120 confirmation, with 5 minutes block time, that's a long way to go  Roll Eyes

It would be nice if we could have a word from the dev here...
IMO this could go two directions...

1. The dev has some great future plans for this coin, but keeps quiet until he has mined some while dif. is low
--> After a few days he might get active and release an amazing roadmap --> dif will go sky high!

2. No future plans at all...dev stays quiet...coin will die within a few days...

My biggest concern for now is the confirmation time...

Regards

I have seen this too many time before.
Already the Dev has gone AWOL, its obvious once the block reached 998 the interest and hash rate would skyrocket.
All it takes is a quick hello, good luck or thanks from the Dev, but even that is too much to ask and bestow a little confidence.

I'm pulling my miners, this coin will die.

You guys are a bunch of party animals.  Some of us are just happy it works and are mining anyways. Snap out of it man!

i have both scrypt and sha256 asics, so not complaining too much, but this is a bit hard.

for 12 hours of mining 5,3mh scrypt and 6.3gh sha256 i made about 0.15 so far. (ipominer and kickasspools)
so each DUO should be worth about 0.06 btc for that hash to even be worth 0.01....far less than usual for launches.

:/

Try 0, I've been mining my own pools.  It's worth what you are willing to put into it.

Do you need another SHA256  MPOS pool ?
We (HASHLINK.EU) could set up pool for SHA if needed  with US and EU Stratums Smiley

We appreciate the warmth of the community. We have plans of implementing multiple layer block-chain features that we really think you'll enjoy. Our primary focus was a smooth POW launch and were past that and time to release developments. Thanks for the support, and enjoy what ZIP Coin will offer  Wink
