Stellarcoin and Starcoin have identical tag STR. You should always check full coin name.
I recommend you to use a Cryptsy as Starcoin exchange.

Your pool says Starcoin STR is on bittrex. Starcoin is NOT on bittrex.
Somehow the pool sees STR on bittrex and thinks it's starcoin where it is stellar.
See if you can fix this.
