manual payouts seem 'broken' or delayed ? normally its really fast ... but its been a few hours so far - pool getting busier ?(all the new l3+?)

I have 2 questions first one I asked many times that why can't you add bitconnect to your mining pool and second is that about affiliate program you are giving 1 % of the income from the refered person if you are not charging any fees what is your source of income and how will you give 1 % and also cover the cost of servers and maintenance and the opportunity cost of your time

1. BCC was added today 2. 1% charged from referred account 3. pool lives mostly on donations |

ok, if I understand difficultly correctly ... how high do we want L3+ mining difficulty to be for 'optimal shares' ?
