I hope you guys can let users choose how much to withdraw from the balance instead of all available balance at once. I liked to withdraw just a part of my balance but this is no option.

It can take 24 hr before it's added to your balance, so when pending has gone you can withdraw.
They do this to verify that your tweet stays up, if you delete it they will refund your customer instead.
