I understand that lot of persons here don't recommend using cloud mining. I'm on a investigation trip and want to understand. Is GHS same as Gh/s ?

Here are some information from Cex.io

Price per GHS : 0.00448000
GHS Amount : 1073.78268206
Total BTC : 4.81054642

I want to understand the price difference if I purchase an miner from ant miner and mining with cex.io. Antminer is selling it for 449 $ for 441 Gh/s.

How much would equally Gh/s with cex.io cost ?

Erm... Simple math?
0.00448 x 441 = 1.97568BTC

Also, you forgot about the stupid fees on cex.io.

Ok, so that's what I thought. That means that 441 Gh/s cost 1,97568 x 590 $ = 1165 $ , while I can buy it for 449 $ from Antminer. Is that correct ?

For how long period will cex.io give me this hash power ? a month, a year, lifetime ?

cex.io GH is for life, but they charge $0.18 per GH per month maintenance fees.  That's $79.38 per month for 441GH.

Does anyone know which company that are behind them ? Must be a big Datacenter ?

Are there anyone cloud mining with reasonable prices ?

They just buy a ton of hardware from BitFury, then sell it to you at ridiculous prices. Their fees are on their site, here: http://cex.io/maintenance
