Any fee more than 2% is too high. If you can manage that then I would use it.

I would use this yes however it would have to have an acceptable fee as many other places I have used have a really high fee for doing this which does not seem worth my while using it for the amount I get charged, something quite small for a fee would be acceptable for me and would get me interested in using this.

BTC-e can be used here is the Desc:
    
1. Correctly enter your card information. The error in the card number will involve the loss of the Commission for transfer (if you have entered a non-existent card number) or to the loss of the entire amount of the transfer.
2. Surname and name should be entered as written on your card.
3. The period of crediting of funds on card from 2 to 5 working days after sending us your application.
4. Transfers are made in US dollars (USD).
5. One transfer in day to one person is allowed.
6. One card is allowed to make transfers of up to 4,998 USD per week.
7. No VISA Electron, MasterCard Maestro and Payoneer cards allowed.

The fill format - Name, Surname, City, Country, Number of card, Expiry Date

As long as you keep the services instant and the main thing,fees lower focusing less on profit and more on service then of course yes.Many people are willing to use it and I am too
