LOIC --> take down facist websites

For those who don't know what LOIC is --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_Orbit_Ion_Cannon

Does anyone know how many people would need to gather in order to take down an average website using LOIC?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.
