Learn PHP, HTML, Ajax, Javascript. Then learn how to use wallets. Then either figure out how to connect the two yourself or come back and ask for advice.

If you have to ask, then don't. You either need the skills, or money to pay those with skills.

Isn't it obvious? You need a script which you want to modify it, you have no plan and asked here, you didn't talk about your crowdfunding process, your thread has lack of information about you and your project. How can you think your site will be successful?

Not really. Please stay away from building exchange. Some people will unnecessarily lose their coins on your exchange and ultimately they'll blame Bitcoin.

It is a very difficult job to create and run a successful exchange.

First, you need to do lots of coding (or pay others to do it for you) and make it look good, work fast and extremely safe.
Second, you will also need to handle legal and regulatory issues.
Third, you need to build trust slowly and draw attention from customers (spend a lot on advertising, provide bonus for customers, etc).

How can I create a global banking system? I know how to get a hammer and nails and put together some walls to start making an office.

Basically this is what your asking and if you are asking such a high level question for something that requires so much in-depth knowledge across many different skill sets, it shows your probably not up for the challenge and comprehending the magnitude of your request.

Didn't Mt. Gox start in some similar way? If I remember correctly a very early version of Mt. Gox was posted here somewhere on Bitcointalk and very serious security flaws were pointed out which remained for quite some time. This stuff is dangerous. If you don't know what you're doing, just dont't do it - for the sake of Bitcoin.

We have enough exchanges already, and a lot of them are really bad. Why create another one? Simply spend that money in buying a miner or make some offline investments and they will give you a passive income that is hassle-free at least compared to the problems that you will have running and creating a new exchange from the heads-up.

Which mining machine is profitable? Provide a link with a price if you have one.

Nope.

Go code a new one.

And if you have to ask, maybe it's not such a good idea...
