I would display google ads, and I would create a premium group that is a monthly or yearly fee that doesn't see ads.
The partner/Invester will receive 50%, or it will be split 15% between partners/investors if there are multiple,
of profit from paid addons, membership upgrades, and ad revenue. The remaining 50% will cover server costs, and other maintenance costs related to the site.
