A friend lost his electrum seed with about 2 BTCs in it.

I don't know if that info helps , but he told me that he did not set the password for this wallet.

Is there a way to recover this Bitcoins or it is a lost case?

Does he have the wallet file? if not, how was it lost? if it was deleted accidentally or on a PC that crashed it may be possible to recover it.

If he doesn't have the wallet file or seed then the BTC is gone.

I have private messages disabled. Send me an email instead. My contact details can be found here.
