Hi folks!
A weeks ago I decided to use Egopay in order to buy some bitcoins.Unfortunately it turns out that EGOPAY IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
The story: I made a bank transfer 200$ as a deposit to my account.I found only 129$ there.Despite the fact that I provided all available documents from my bank they ignored them and they claim that I haven't paid the full amount. So I was robbed!

It's true but it's not the case. Including the fee I should have 175$ in my account !

My bank charged my bank account, not the transaction amount. So the amount of 200$ was sent correctly. I've already sent a documents that prove it to Egopay. They didn't bother to check.I also asked Egopay to provide a bank document(similar that I provided) to see what is the amount received. Nothing.

Did you check if there were any other fees (from your bank and/or EgoPay)?
Have you made a support ticket with high priority (supposing that you have)?
And the last one, have you tried using their live support?

Of course I contacred Egopay's support,I've already explained that I paid all fees to my bank for this transaction .All other fees (in Egopay's bank ) should be paid by Egopay. They refuse to show the incoming transaction file to see what happened.

Hm, okay.
I'll just ask again for clarity, did you try using EgoPay live support? If you did, what was their response?

I used the ticket system but what difference does it make. I 've just noticed that BTC-e have removed Egopay as a deposit option - wise decision.

I'd stay away from places like these. when I checked their site, their live support wasn't online and i checked during the time that they stated that they should have been online. It seems like places like this always start out with good intentions, but then turn scammer.

If you sent $200 ensure that there are no transmission fees, receiving fees on Egopay's side and so on. Bank transfers are known for having a huge chunk taken in fees.

That's strange IMO. Most of the time I've gone onto their support page, their live support was online. Did you convert their timezone to yours?

There is a difference. You get to talk to someone instantly. It's live. You should use it instead of the ticket support.
