You can use OVH servers, cheap and 99,9% up time, or heroku if you need extra security Smiley

"Cheap" has a price...
OVH does not shut down abusive hosts even after receiving abuse reports, which earned their IP ranges a permanent place in the border router blacklists of every network I manage :-)

You can look for servers based in Germany / Netherlands / Russia that don't have strict rules like US servers.

OVH have low end servers you can start with.

You can even tell me your budget I can get you dedicated servers on these locations
