To create a Bitcoin Marketplace what carrier needs to be used ?

I'm not talking about Amazon type wirehouse concept. I'm thinking about a third party model like eBay. As a startup, which carrier would be the most convenient to use to deliver seller's product to buyer ? Or should I leave the delivery headache on seller's head ?

Ratings system, I believe. If the seller never ships, he gets dinged. Same thing as the people here who have a negative trust rating. If buyers never receive their merchandise, that seller isn't going to be doing a whole lot of business in the future.

Is that so straightforward ? Does it mean that if seller's money is stuck at the marketplace and the buyer demands wrong/damaged product delivered, then the money will be refunded to the buyer and seller will be at a loss ?

Well, if you're doing an eBay type of thing, the seller would have to ship the goods, wouldn't he? Why would you ship them. Also, remember that there are different carriers all over the world. People would have to use the carriers from their respective country!

Well, if you're doing an eBay type of thing, the seller would have to ship the goods, wouldn't he? Why would you ship them. Also, remember that there are different carriers all over the world. People would have to use the carriers from their respective country!

Its fine if the seller ships the goods. But how does I track it on the website to release bitcoin to the seller if I cant have any fixed tracker's API ?

I dont see any reason for it to be successful. Marketplace has to be centralized. Else it'll be a scammer's heaven.
