We need to code a callback scripts for our e-currency exchange website. We exchange various e-currencies and crypto-currencies. Problem is that all work is done manually. We need to switch to automatic exchange process.
Right now, when clients want to transfer from Perfect Money to Bitcoins, we always manually check the payment and then manually send Bitcoins. This is very time consuming and slow. We want to change it to automatic process.
You must have experience with bitcoins, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and e-currencies such as Perfect Money.
Security is the main goal. There will be API access to our accounts and it must be more than 100% safe against hackers. We did already automatization in the past and our account was emptied because some hacker was able to change payment API script via vulnerability described here:

For this project, we need to make automatic scripts for the following exchange:
Perfect Money to Bitcoins
Bitcoins to Perfect MoneyWhen client sends payment Perfect Money via SCI payment button, it calls callback php script. This script should validate the payment in Perfect Money (also check against data tampering) and then script should send bitcoins to the client's bitcoin address and send email with link to transaction ID on blockchain.info
And second which is vice versa: When client sends bitcoin payment, script should monitor it and once the payment gets 3 confirmations by bitcoin network, script will send money via Perfect Money API to client's Perfect Money account based on the order submitted on our website.
