What and how many GPU do u have.

Maybe do like some my friend he mine for 2 days each and then calculate what will be for him a good option.
You can do the same.

unless you have free electricity it's not worth it

i think x13-x15 are better than x11, less compromised, but not 100% sure here

Last week you can still mine x11 and get some profit, this week profit is so bad that none is profitable...

Hashrate? I think it is better to mine X11 than scrypt. Try checking in coinwarz.com for comparison. I think the site will help you in choosing coin.
